What is Customer Panel?
Customer Panel is a synthetic user research plugin for Claude Cowork and Code. It runs in two modes: a qualitative user-test skill that summons hand-authored personas for in-character usability walkthroughs, and a quantitative synthetic-survey suite that samples hundreds of GSS-grounded respondents and returns charts, headline stats, and verbatims. Built to help product & marketing teams pressure-test ideas before they ship. We use it on our own apps and to help clients with positioning and CRO.
